Three questions I get a lot.
What kinds of projects do you take?+
Platform rewrites, ledger and billing systems, AI/retrieval infrastructure, and advisory work for founding technical teams. I don't take on pure frontend builds, landing pages, or short-turnaround marketing sites — there are better people for that.
How do you price?+
Weekly retainer for ongoing engagements, fixed-fee for scoped deliverables (audits, migrations, architecture reviews). I don't do hourly — it incentivises the wrong thing. Happy to share a rate card after we've talked once.
Can you work under NDA / through my vendor system?+
Yes to NDAs — send yours over and I'll sign it. Vendor onboarding is fine up to about two weeks; anything longer and we should probably find a shorter path. I invoice from a Portuguese entity, EU VAT reverse-charge applies inside the EU.
